Shipment of your parcel

We offer shipping solutions throughout Europe.

We work with service providers such as DPD Relais and Predict (home delivery by appointment), GLS, La Poste, Correos, Keavo, and Envialia depending on the destination.

Delivery times vary by country: for France and Spain, expect 24 to 48 hours after the parcel has been dropped off.

For Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Corsica, delivery takes on average 72 hours after the parcel has been dropped off.

For Italy, Austria, Poland, Finland, etc., delivery takes between 4 and 7 days.

If you place two orders and the first has not yet been shipped, it is possible to combine both and save on shipping costs (we do this automatically — the difference is refunded as store credit or direct reimbursement).

Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items in one order. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate, and your items are well protected.

Shipment of your parcel

Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days after payment receipt. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Parcels can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it involves additional charges. Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your parcel online.
